Wood Chips Dryer
Our biomass wood chips dryer is specially designed for drying wood chips, sawdust, rice husk, straw, agricultural residues, and other biomass materials. It is widely used in biomass pellet production lines, briquette manufacturing plants, power generation, and boiler fuel preparation.
The rotary drum dryer adopts advanced hot air circulation drying technology, ensuring high efficiency, uniform drying, low energy consumption, and stable operation.

Working Principle
The wet wood chips are fed into the rotary drum by a conveyor. Inside the drum, lifting plates continuously raise and drop the material, ensuring full contact with the hot air generated by the heat source. This process rapidly evaporates the moisture. The exhaust system removes the water vapor, and the dried material is discharged from the outlet, ready for storage or further processing.
Application
Our woodchips dryer can be used for drying wood chips, sawdust,wood powder, wood shavings, bark, and can also for corn straw, soybean straw, cotton stalk, wheat straw, sorghum stalk, mulberry leaves and other biomass materials.
