In practical applications, the moisture content of the coal will affect the quality of downstream industrial products or the operation of boiler equipment. In order to reasonably control the moisture content in the coal, Zhengzhou Dongding Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed a coal dryer production line in accordance with the requirements of different coal types in order to improve the quality and storage and transportation performance of coal. Coal Dryer Advantages
 

1. Dryer has a strong anti-overload capacity, processing capacity, low energy consumption, low drying cost;

2. By adopting the co-current drying method, the hot flue gas and the wet material enter the dryer from the same side, and high-temperature flue gas can be used to obtain higher evaporation intensity, the dryer outlet temperature is low, and the thermal efficiency is high;

3. The operating parameters can be changed according to the nature of different materials, so that the material in the drying cylinder to form a balanced dispersion of the state, the heat exchange more fully;

4. New inlet and outlet devices eliminate plugging, discontinuities, inhomogeneities, and feed back of the tumble dryer, and reduce the load on the dedusting system.

5. The new internal structure strengthens the cleaning and heat transfer of the dispersion material, eliminates the adhesion phenomenon of the inner wall of the dryer, and has a strong adaptability to the humidity and viscosity of the material;

6. The dryer achieves "zero horizontal thrust", which greatly reduces the wear of the roller and ensures stable and reliable operation of the roller.

7. Dryer adopts "aligning roller bearing device" so that the contact between roller and roller is always in linear contact, which greatly reduces wear and power loss;

8. According to user requirements to control the size and humidity of the product, so that the moisture content of the product dried up to 8%, the particle size can be controlled below 8mm;

9. According to different coal material characteristics (materials, moisture, ash, particle size composition) change the operating parameters, so that the material in the dryer can form a stable full-cut curtain, heat exchange more fully.
