How does the Rotary Kiln Work?
When the rotary kiln operates normally, the main drive motor transmits power to the gear device through the main reducer to drive the rotary kiln. Materials enter the kiln from the high end of the barrel for calcination. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the materials move in the circumferential direction and in the axial direction (from the high end to the low end), and the generated clinker enters the cooler for cooling through the kiln head cover. The fuel is injected into the kiln from the kiln head, and the waste gas produced by combustion is discharged from the kiln tail after being exchanged with materials.
