Bean dregs are the residue left over from the process of making bean curd. Since bean curd residue contains a lot of water, it needs to be dried before being processed and used. Combined with high-efficiency pressure filtration and thermal drying, the rotary dryer can turn soybean residue into treasure.
Advantages of Bean Dregs Dryer
The bean curd residue material first enters the drum of the dryer through the conveyor. As the drum of the dryer rotates continuously, and a special dispersing device is set in the drum, the contact area between the material and the high-temperature hot air is enlarged, so that the material moisture is greatly reduced. The bean dregs dryer adopts downstream drying method to dry the materials. The materials after drying are discharged from the discharge port to complete the whole drying process of the materials.
